Persona Development

Creating personas based on research data provides an image of real life customers who represent your target. A persona aids decision making throughout the strategic design of your site. Personas put a face and task-based personality at the forefront of decisions about how users approach your site and what they accomplish while there. My approach to persona development is to create a fictional character which embodies the findings gathered through research. This character becomes a point of reference for everyone involved in the project.
